There’s so much happening in the world right now. And in this episode, I wanted to come to work through a bunch of things that I’ve been grappling with… so this episode is me talking through what’s been coming up around activism, integrity and how we each move through the world when it feels like everything is on fire. 🙃
I speak about what it’s like to feel torn—wanting to do more, to speak out, but also needing to protect your energy, your body, your children, your peace. I talk about the judgment we often place on ourselves (and absorb from others) when our activism doesn’t look loud or public.
And I offer a gentle, yet defiant reminder that:
✨ Sovereignty is rebellion.
✨ Living free is resistance.
✨ The inner revolution is just as important as what others are doing in the streets.
